bso99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bso99 reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bso99 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Any real-money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

You may close your bso99 account at any time by contacting bso99 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus funds.
